We invite you to trek with us on one of the most famous treks in the world, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. This is a five days-four nights tour with the most knowledgeable local guides, a team of native porters from the sacred valley and the best camping equipment provided by us. Our special tour will give you extra time to enjoy the diversity of the floa and fauna and time to explore the different archeological sites along the Inca Trail. This Itinerary will also help us to avoid the crowds of hikers on the trail, and at the end of the trek you will have an extra day just to explore Machu Picchu making your tour a once in a lifetime experience. Get the most out of your trip while visiting Cusco, Peru. Our group tours are no larger than six people in order to give you a personalized tour, or you can choose a private tour beginning with a minimum of two people.

Detailed Travel Itinerary with Amazing Andean Adventures
Arrive to Lima from overseas.
After the International flight from Home you will arrive in Lima, where our representative will be waiting for you and transfer you to your hotel.
Stay overnight at Hotel Casa Andina Miraflores, or Similar.
Morning flight to Cusco, at 11,023 ft. Capital of the Inca Empire. Here you’ll meet your guide for your Cusco tour at the Cusco airport pickup and be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax, and get use to the altitude, feel free to enjoy the charming city of Cusco and visit the suggested Museums.
Overnight at the Hotel Casa Andina Private Collection, or similar.
After breakfast at the Hotel, you will have a morning guided tour to visit the historic sites of Cusco, the colonial Cathedral and the impressive Santo Domingo Church. We will then transfer you to the nearby Archeological sites of Sacsayhuaman with its megalithic stone Walls; Qenqo, with its carved stone surfaces and subterranean altars; and the water temple Tambo Machay. Drive back to your hotel in Cusco.

This will be a long guided excursion journeying through the magnificent Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be at the llama farm, here you will have the chance to admire the different species of South American Camelot Such us Llamas, Alpacas, and Vicuñas.
After which we will make a short stop at the Taray view point from where we will take pictures of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Along the way, your tour guide will take you past Inca terracing that climbs steep valleys into Pisaq another amazing Inca City.
After our visit to the archeological site, we will have time to explorer the traditional and colorful Market of Pisaq, one of the best textile markets in the Andes. There, you’ll be able to look for souvenirs and learn about the local culture, lunch here and then we have a beautiful ride along the Sacred Valley. The next stop is Ollantaytambo at 9,200 ft. Stay overnight at the Hotel Pakaritampu, or similar.
Wake up early for the morning for a bus ride to (Km82), where the trek begins. After meeting our porters you’ll cross the Urubamba River by bridge. Continuing on our way along the winding path, between the sloping banks of the Urubamba River, we experience a stunning view of the Urubamba, Vilcabamba mountain ranges and Mount veronica (18,950 ft.). Our route takes us through the narrow Cusichaca valley, with slopes that show the clear imprint of an ancient culture and its agriculture practices. Later, we pass the small indigenous community of Hatunchaca (8,525 ft.), where we will camp.
Along the trail, through the narrow hanging valley, you begin to see a cloud forest that harbors the Queuña tree, a rarity of the Andes. From here, the trail ascends steeply to a large pampas below the first pass. Camp overnight at Llulluchapampa (12,300ft.), where you awake to the breathtaking view of Mt. Huayanay.
Physically, this is the hardest day of the trek, as the trail ascends steeply toward Warmiwañusca pass (13,950 ft.). From the pass, the trail descends to the Pacaymayo River and then climbs slowly past the ruins of Runkuraqay. A lower pass takes you from Runkuraqay to the ruins of Sayacmarca (12,628 ft.). The way, observe a marvelous section of Inca engineering, and then come upon the beautiful ruins of Phuyupatamarca (12,000 ft.), where you camp for the night.
Wiñay Wayna is located along the same watercourse as Phuyupatamarca and boasts well-restored Inca ruins. After a two hour walk through a cloud forest along the Inca Trail, discover Machu Picchu (7,875 ft.) entering through Intipunku, the sun gate. After a brief tour, stay overnight at El Mapi hotel or similar.
On our second day at Machu Picchu we will have the opportunity to climb to the famous Wayna Picchu peak or the Sacred Machu Picchu peak for a perfect view of the entire Inca City, Lunch at the town of Aguas Calientes before the train ride back to the Sacred Valley and Cusco. Overnight stay at Casa Andina, Private Collection or Similar.
After a Delicious breakfast you will be transferred to the Airport in Cusco where you will take your flight to Lima, and Home.
